PCOM General Surgery is proud to announce that our program has received initial accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)!

Residents in this program can easily perform an average of 200 major surgeries each year...

Premium training locations include the world's finest cancer facility at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City, Level 1 trauma center at Cooper Hospital in Camden, New Jersey, state of the art cardio-thoracic surgery at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, New Jersey, and Penn Trauma at Reading Hospital and Medical Center. This coupled with 6 core general surgery facilities makes for an outstanding experience.
